If your physician is not 100% attentive to you and the needs you have then find one that is. There are many doctors available to you and you want to have a good relationship with yours. Try to get a recommendation so that you can have a doctor that is on your side and one that knows something about asthma.

Remember that asthma can be a frustrating illness to have. Because there have been a lot of advancements medically you do not have to suffer like you once did. If you practice good health and eat foods that do not inflame your condition you should be fine. There are also medications that now exist that can greatly reduce the complications from asthma.
